please help! for some reason the view of my screen turned to the right side i dont no why!!! please help!!! to look at the screen properly i have to tilt my head to the right side
No problem, Which package are you using in Hardy for the fingerprint sensor? I am using the fprint drivers / software which work really well. . . but I couldn’t find them packaged anywhere. As for the buttons I did eventually get them working under GUTSY. . . then did a dist-upgrade to HARDY to find exactly what you said. . . they work out of the box Now, however I have found the touchscreen no longer works with HARDY. . have you had any luck? Which driver are you using?
I’m sorry too late to reply your question danmiddle2. .
P1510’s Tablet Buttons worked now in default, Ubuntu 8. 04 Hardy Heron!
You need to install additional driver in the synaptic package manager to use finger print sensor.
Ubuntu 8. 04 Better than Ever
I have a P1510 running GUTSY and compiz etc. Works really well. . . have you had any luck getting the launch buttons at the bottom of the screen working as I have everything else working (including the fingerprint reader).

You could have tried with firepaint, that would have been nice with a touchscreen!
